1. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
Processing times are separate from shipping times
Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing begins
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time for most orders is approximately 8 business days after shipment.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team.
4. Split Shipments
In some cases, items within the same order may ship separately depending on product availability, packaging requirements, or warehouse logistics.
If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

VelvetPeach works with global fulfillment partners to process and ship orders efficiently.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including:
Temporary factory stock shortages
Delays receiving products from suppliers
Carrier disruptions
Customs inspections
Weather or transportation issues
We appreciate your patience and understanding if these rare delays occur.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
VelvetPeach is not responsible for:
Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
Delivery delays caused by address errors
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately after placing your order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
VelvetPeach is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.
We recommend shipping to a secure address whenever possible.
8. International Shipping
At this time, VelvetPeach primarily ships within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
