We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as VelvetPeach is not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast fulfillment.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays.
VelvetPeach is not responsible for delays caused by:
Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather disruptions
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or color, please place a new order after your return is approved.
